Jabal Omar Announces CEO Resignation and Saad Aiban’s Appointment as Replacement

Jabal Omar Development Company disclosed on Wednesday the acceptance of Mr. Khalid Mohammed Al Amoudi’s resignation from his CEO position, effective May 30, 2024G, as he pursues new professional opportunities. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr. Saad Mushabab bin Aiban as the new CEO, effective May 31, 2024.

Mr. Saad brings over 38 years of extensive experience in mega project management to his new role, having held significant positions such as Vice President of Projects at Maaden Company, Director of Contracts and Procurement for Mega Projects in SABIC Companies, and various key roles at American Petrocon alongside Aramco. He has been serving as the Chief of the Project Management Division at Jabal Omar Development Company since 2021.
