Saudi Budget allows E-voting on GA items

United International Transportation Company “Budget Saudi Arabia” announced the availability of electronic voting on the items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting) starting today until the counting committee finishes counting the votes.

The company added that registration and voting will be through Tadawulati services and available to all shareholders.

It is noteworthy that the General Assembly will be held on May 23, 2024, at eight o’clock in the evening, via modern technological means.
