SNB reappoints Saeed Al-Ghamdi as BOD Chairman

Saudi National Bank announced that the Board of Directors decided, in its meeting on May 15, 2024, to select and nominate the Chairman of the Board and the Vice Chairman, and to receive the non-objection of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia.

According to the bank’s statement on Tadawul, Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi – (non-executive member) was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Yazid bin Abdul Rahman Al-Hamid – (non-executive member) was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
