SVCP appoints Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz as BOD Chairman and Saad Al-Sayari as deputy and managing director

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. announced on Thursday the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director and the formation of committees as follows:

First: Appointment Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud as Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

Second: Appointment Dr. Saad Saud Al-Sayari, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director (Executive Member).

Third: Formation of the Executive Committee from the following members:

1- Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud

2- Dr. Saad Saud Al-Sayari

3- Abdullah Suleiman Al-Dabaan

Fourth: Forming the Nominations and Remuneration Committee from the following members

1- Suleiman Gibran Al Hatlan

2- Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud

3- Abdullah Suleiman Al-Dabaan

Fifth: Formation of the audit committee from the following members:

1- Suleiman Gibran Al Hatlan

2- Dr. Muayyad bin Issa Al-Qartas

3- Saleh Badr Al-Sanea

This comes with reference to the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Wednesday 27/09/2023, which includes the election of the Board of Directors for its new session, starts from 18/10/2023 and ends on 17/10/2026 for a period of three years.
