Minister of Tourism: Number of tourists in the Kingdom grew by 10% during Q1

Ahmed Al-Khatib, Minister of Tourism, revealed that they achieved the goals of the National Tourism Strategy early, confirming that the number of tourists grew by 10% in the first quarter of this year, with their spending increasing by 17%.

He explained during his talk to Al Arabiya Business channel that domestic tourism in the Kingdom reached 77 million visits in 2023, including 27 million visitors from abroad who spent 150 billion riyals.

He pointed out that they are targeting 110 million visits this year and 150 million visits by 2030.
