Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has announced to its shareholders the start date of electronic voting on the agenda items of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) that include increasing its capital, starting from 01:00 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, until the end of the time of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting. Note that registration and voting will be available to all shareholders

This comes with reference to the company’s announcement, published on Tadawul Saudi Arabia on August 10, regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting (the first meeting) that includes the company’s capital increase, which will be held at (19:30) seven thirty from on the evening of Sunday, September 3, through the means of modern technology.
