Naba Alsaha signs purchase agreement to buy Al-Anwar Medical for SAR 22 million

Naba Al Saha Medical Services Company announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase Al-Anwar Medical Company at a value of SAR 22 million.

The company declared in a statement on Tadawul on Tuesday that the event is expected to be completed in the Second Quarter of 2023.
