“Fisheries” appoints a financial advisor to reduce capital

Saudi Fisheries Company announced the appointment of Al-Arabi Financial Company as a financial advisor to reduce the capital.

The company indicated that an announcement will be made later when the capital reduction request file is submitted to the Capital Market Authority for its approval.
