Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) Announces the Starting Date of The Electronic Voting on The Agenda of The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), the OGM is available from 01:00 AM on 30 April 2023 until the end of the meeting on Thursday 4th May 2023. Please note that registration in Tadawulaty service and voting is provided free of charge for all shareholders.

This comes in reference to the announcement made by The Company on the Saudi Stock Exchange website on 2nd April 2023 regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly (OGM) Meeting on 4th May 2023.
