Saudi Cables: Second appeal session scheduled on financial restructuring procedure on 17 May

Saudi Cable Company announced on Sunday that the second appeal session has been scheduled at the Riyadh Appeals Court Commercial appeals chamber on 17/05/2023, regarding the Financial Restructuring Procedure.

The Company said today on Tadawul that it continues to work on the implementation of the Recovery Plan and the financial restructuring established by its Executive Management and Board of Directors, who consider the continuity of the Company and the preservation of its shareholders’ rights the company’s top priority.
