Alamar BOD decides to distribute SR25.24 mln cash dividends ‎for Q4, 2022‎

Alamar Food Company announced the decision of its board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders for the fourth quarter of the year 2022 AD, with a total amount distributed of 25,242,500 riyals, share per share from the distribution of 1.00 riyals, and with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 10%.

The company said that the number of shares due for dividends is 25,242,500 shares, and the distribution date will be 04/13/2023 G.

The eligibility for profits will be for the company’s shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Monday 04/03/2023 AD and are registered in the shareholders’ register at the Securities Depositary Center “Edaa” at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

The company also noted the following regulations regarding the distribution of profits:

With regard to non-resident investors, cash dividends that are transferred through the resident financial intermediary or when credited to his account are subject to a withholding tax of 5% in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the tax system and Article (63) of its implementing regulations. “

It urges its shareholders to update their data with the banks that hold their investment accounts to ensure receiving their due profits in a timely manner.
