‎“Saudi Ceramics”: 40% porcelain tile factory project completed

The Saudi Ceramic Company announced that the percentage of completion achieved in the project to establish a new factory for the production of porcelain tiles amounts to 40%, indicating that it expects to start experimental and commercial production during the first quarter of the year 2024.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the reasons for the delay in the project are due to:

1- Some legal procedures from the official authorities

2- The schedule for the supply of some machinery and equipment was affected by circumstances related to some external suppliers.

It indicated that there is no change in the project scope of work, and therefore there has been no change in the costs associated with the event.
