Saudi Home Loans obtains a license to practice financing of ‎small and medium establishment activity ‎

The Saudi Home Loans Company announced the obtaining of Central Bank None objection dated 12th December 2022 corresponding to 18/05/1444H, to amend the Company license to include the Activity of financing small and medium establishments and the Activity of personal financing in addition to the existing Activity of real estate financing. The Company will present the amendments of the Articles of Association to the Extra General Shareholders Assembly for approval and also will amend the Commercial Registry to reflect the new licensed Activities

This step is considered as part of the Company’s strategy to develop its Financing Activities and to update its products to support the financing market with suitable products which will participate in achieving the Saudi Kingdom Vision 2030.

The Company expect positive financial impact of these Activities in the long and medium terms.
