Bahri signs MoU with Ajlan & Bros to establish joint company ‎specialized in operating vessels

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Ajlan & Brothers Holding Group to discuss ways of partnership to establish a new company specialized in owning and operating various models of ships.

The company added that the duration of the memorandum is 6 months from the date of signing the memorandum today, corresponding to December 12, and it can be extended.
