United Insurance GA amends articles of association related to distribution of profits

The United Cooperative Assurance Company announced on Thursday the Extra Ordinary General Assembly meeting results (Second Meeting), which was held through modern of technical means on Wednesday 19 October 2022, an hour after the specified period from the first meeting, due to incomplete quorum required for the first meeting.
