Dallah Health GA elects 9 members to BOD

The Board of Directors of Dallah Healthcare Company announced on Thursday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, which was held on Wednesday 19 October 2022 by means of modern technology. The percentage of attending shareholders is 85.52%.
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
– Approval of the election of the members of the board of directors for the new session of 3 years starting 21st October 2022 and ending on 20th October 2025 as follows:

3- Mr. Mohieddin Ben Saleh Kamel
4- Mr. Omar bin Mohammed Kamel
5- Eng. Mohamed Nabil Hefni

7- Eng. Talal Ibrahim Al-Maiman
8- Mr. Abdullah bin Turki Al-Sudairi

2- Approval of the formation of the Audit Committee for the new session of 3 years starting 21st October 2022 and ending on 20th October 2025 as well as the Audit Committee’s Charter. For the voting purposes, the names of the members of the Audit Committee are as follow:
