JPMorgan CEO: Geopolitical situation is more worrying than ‎possible recession in America

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said that bad things are on the horizon that could push the US economy into recession, adding that “six months separate us from economic recession.”

Jamie Dimon added, during his speech, today, Tuesday, within the sixth edition of the “Future Investment Initiative Conference” held in Riyadh,: “what worries me more than the recession in America is the geopolitical situation in the world, especially the war between Russia and Ukraine and relations between America and China.”

The CEO of JPMorgan stressed that it should not consider US policy that everything will be in its favor.

He stated that it is important to build long-term decisions to manage risks, build systems and human capabilities, in addition to building technology, and although a recession looms, there is good news in America from big business spending and more stimulus.

Today, at the King Abdulaziz Conference Center in Riyadh, the sixth session of the FII began, under the slogan “Investing in Humanity… Empowering a New World Order”, with the participation of 6000 figures from countries around the world, and 500 speakers from different sectors from inside and outside the Kingdom over a period of three days.

During the Conference, which was launched earlier today, a group of Nobel laureates, a number of company heads and major investors will participate in an attempt to find sustainable solutions to meet the basic needs of the world’s population, and the challenges it poses will be discussed. The new world system, as well as opportunities arise from it, such as establishment of an economic system that improves the quality of life for citizens around the world, Crypto and the future of Africa.
