Aldukheil Financial Group “AFG”, as Financial Advisor for the Initial Public Offering of Naba Alsaha Medical Services Company (“the Company”) on the Parallel Market “Nomu”, announces that the Offering Price is (57) Saudi Riyals per share, and the subscription period will begin on Monday 10/01/1444H (corresponding to 08/08/2022G) and will end on Sunday 16/01/1444H (corresponding to 14/08/2022G).
