Yansab Reports Technical Problem in Transferring Cash Dividend to Some Shareholders

The Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (“Yansab”) announced on Monday that the Dividends Distribution Service Provider (Saudi National Bank) reported a technical problem in transferring the cash dividend to some shareholders, and confirmed that they are working to solve this problem and deposit the shareholders’ cash dividend according to the shareholders register received from the Depository Centre (“Edaa”).

The Company assure its following up with Saudi National Bank to ensure that its shareholders received their cash dividends.

This comes with reference to (Yansab) announcement on the Saudi Exchange website on, corresponding to June 05, 2022, for distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the year 2022. The announcement stated that the distribution date on Wednesday June 29, 2022.
