“TASI” closes 0.1% lower… “Nomu” declines by 0.2%

Saudi stock index “TASI” ended Tuesday’s session down 14.51 points, or 0.12%, compared to the previous session and closed at 12,357.99 points.

On the other hand, the parallel market index “Nomu” ended today’s session with a decline of 49.36 points, or 0.18%, compared to the previous session, and closed at 26,741.64 points.

Liquidity in TASI today amounted to about 7 billion riyals, and came from the trading of 314.9 million shares through the implementation of 519.4 thousand transactions.

In terms of sectors, 18 of the market sectors declined, led by financial services, by 2.2%, while the remaining 3 sectors rose, led by pharmaceuticals, by 1.7%.

BATEC 6.4%, Food Development 5.4%, Electrical Industries and SACO 5%, and Al-Waha 4.9% were the largest companies that increased today.

Meanwhile, Real Estate 7.6%, Al Baha 7.1%, Americana 5.1%, United Insurance 4.2%, and Al Saif Gallery 3.5%, are the largest declining companies today.
