Amiantit distributes SAR 41 million in Compensation to non-subscribing right issues owners

The Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company has officially commenced the distribution of compensation to holders of Rights Issue who opted not to subscribe to the new shares, effective April 18, 2024. The company has disclosed that a total sum of SAR 41 million will be allocated for distribution among eligible individuals who did not exercise their subscription rights, including those entitled to fractional shares.

In accordance with the announcement made on Tadawul, the Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company will transfer the allocated amounts directly into the bank accounts of eligible investors who did not participate in the subscription of new shares and those eligible for fractional shares. For investors whose bank account information is either unavailable or incomplete, they are encouraged to visit the company’s head office for further assistance.
