“Aramco” distributed 116.5 billion riyals to holders of 241.9 million shares during Q4, 2023

Today, Aramco distributed 116.5 billion riyals in dividends to shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2023, which included basic dividends of 76.09 billion riyals and performance-related dividends of 40.41 billion riyals.

The number of shares entitled to dividends reached 241.9 million shares, with a share of 0.4815 riyals per share, and includes: basic dividends, with a share of 0.3145 riyals, and performance-related dividends, with a share of 0.1670 riyals.

The Saudi Arabian Oil Company “Saudi Aramco” recorded a net profit of 454.76 billion riyals during the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, compared to 604.01 billion riyals in 2022, a decrease of 24.7%. This came after today’s announcement of the preliminary financial results for the period ending on December 31, 2023.

Operating profit amounted to 868.29 billion riyals during the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, compared to 1,444.08 billion riyals in 2022, a decrease of 24.11%.
