Seven Countries from 3 Continents Participate in Al-Jouf Olive Festival

Seven countries are participating in the 17th International Al-Jouf Olive Festival, which started on February 10 at the Prince Abdulilah Urban Center in Sakaka.

The festival will run through February 19 and is attracting attention from olive enthusiasts worldwide. The participating countries in this edition are Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkiye, Tunisia, Egypt, and Jordan, showcasing their various products and cultural performances throughout the ten-day festival.

The festival’s CEO, Omar bin Abdulaziz Al-Hamwan, highlighted that the festival’s significant international presence is promoting olive products in Al-Jouf locally and internationally.

The festival also facilitates the exchange of experiences and technologies, cultural and civilizational communication, and the values of tolerance and coexistence. The festival showcases the culture and heritage of the Kingdom to the world, while the participating countries offer a variety of cultural and heritage offerings.
