NADEC Announces Opening of Candidacy for Selecting 7 BOD Members

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announced on Sunday, December 10, 2023, the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors membership to elect seven members for the next session starting on April 11, 2024, until April 10, 2028, spanning four years.
In a statement today on Tadawul, the company stated that the nomination process will take place for the next session of the BOD membership in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the Board Members’ Membership and Nomination and Selection Policy (Attached) approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly of the company.
The application starts on Sunday, January 9, 2024.
Candidates will be elected during the upcoming General Assembly; the announcement of whose date will follow securing the requisite approvals from the relevant authorities.
