ACWA Power receives letter from Al Rajhi Holding stating ownership transfer of its shares to investment portfolios

ACWA Power Company announced that it received on Thursday, December 7, 2023, a letter from Al Rajhi Holding Group, one of ACWA Power’s major shareholders, with ownership of 11.205%, which states that the same shareholder intends to carry out an internal transaction of transfer of shares, whereby the ACWA Power Co. shares owned by Al Rajhi Holding Group will be transferred to the investment portfolios of affiliated companies owned by the same shareholders of Al Rajhi Holding Group according to their current ownership percentages.
