Maadaniyah announces issuance of Memorandum of Association and Commercial Register for establishment of Aluminum Foundry Co.

Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) announced the issuance of Memorandum of Association and Commercial Register for establishment of Aluminum Foundry Co. under the name of Fair National Casting Company (L.L.C), with the headquarter located in Dammam City.

The company stated on Tadawul that the capital will amount to SAR 7.5 million, and the ownership share of Maadaniyah is 51% of the capital & IGL share is 49% of the capital.

This came in reference to the latest announcement of the National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) on 01.03.2023 regarding the latest developments in the announcement of the Company about signing a MoU with IGL Group to establish Aluminum Foundry Co.
