Saudi Cable: Ghaith Fayez & Omar Bahathiq resigned from audit committee for financial inability to attract human resources

Saudi Cable Company announced the resignation Mr. /Ghaith Raji Fayez (member from outside the Board) & Mr. / Omar Hasan Bahathiq (member from outside the Board) from the Audit Committee because of the company’s financial inability to attract human resources to perform basic work that is subject to the range of the audit committee.
