Malath Insurance GA disapproves paying SAR 2.87 mln as remuneration to BOD members for 2022

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co announced the Results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting) held on 01.05.2023, personal attendance and through modern technology, after an hour from the time set for the first meeting because the quorum for the first meeting was not completed, as the percentage of attendance at the first meeting was 14.02% of the shares representing the capital.

–              Disapproval on paying an amount of SAR 2,87 million as remuneration to the Board members for the Fascial year ended on 31/12/2022.

–              Disapproval of the amendment of work regulations of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

–              Disapproval of the amendment for Remuneration policy for the Board of Directors, its committees and the Executive Administration.
