Alwasail Industrial GA approves BOD recommendation to distribute cash dividends for SAR 18.75 mln for 2022

The Board of Directors of Al-Wasail Industrial Company announced the results of the eleventh Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting) through modern technology at 18:30 pm on Monday 01.05.2023, where the attendance rate reached (82,53%) and after completing the quorum required for the validity of the meeting of the assembly.

Results of voting on the assembly agenda:

– Approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022, with a total amount distributed of SAR 18,750,000, at the rate SAR 0.75 per share, with a distribution rate to the nominal share value of 7.5%.
