Tabuk Agricultural: Audit Committee Member, Mohammed AlShetwey resigned

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. announced on Thursday the approval of Board of Directors of the resignation submitted by the Audit Committee Member Mr. Mohammed Abdelaziz Abdullah AlShetwey (a member from outside the Board) from Audit Committee membership.

This made because of his appointment to the position of CEO of Food Horizons Company, as of May 1, 2023, which is owned by 40% of the Tabuk Agricultural Development Company, in order to achieve the requirements of independence according to the approved Auditing committee regulations, povided that the resignation begins as of 30/04/2023.

The Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Mohammed Abdelaziz Abdullah AlShetwey for his efforts during his tenure as an Audit Committee Member wishing him continued success.
