Al-Khaleej Training BOD recommends not distributing cash dividends for the year 2022

Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company announced on Thursday the recommendation of the Board of Directors to the General Assembly of shareholders not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2022.

The Company said Today on Tadawul that the reason for the recommendation not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2022 is to focus on acquisitions and expansions in the education sector and to provide the necessary funding for them and to support the company’s financial position.

The Board’s recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2022 will be presented to the upcoming General Assembly of Shareholders for a vote.
