Baladi BOD decides to distribute SAR 6.5 mln cash dividends for the 4Q

Balady Poultry Trading Company announced on Monday the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute SAR 6.5 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2022, equivalent to 10% of the nominal value of the share.

The company explained that the number of shares due for dividends is 6.5 million shares at 1 riyal per share, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own the shares when the market closes on the 30th of March 2023 and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date. The Distribution will be within fifteen days of the due date
