Wednesday .. “Americana” BOD to discuss distributing cash ‎dividends for H2, 2022‎

Americana International Restaurants plc announced that the Board of Directors will prepare a meeting on Wednesday, February 22, to discuss several topics, including reviewing the financial performance and approving the financial statements for the year ending on December 31, 2022 AD.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that a proposal to distribute cash dividends for the second half of the year ending on December 31, 2022 AD will be considered.
