Tibbiyah: Youssef Al Sohibani appointed as an Audit Committee Member

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (“Tibbiyah”) announces that Tibbiyah Board approved the appointment of Mr. Youssef Mohammad Ali Al Sohibani as an independent Audit Committee Member; Provided that the appointment shall be presented after the Board approval to the General Assembly at its first meeting, and the new member shall complete the term of his predecessor.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Youssef Muhammad Al-Sohibani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Portsmouth, the UK. Moreover, he has a wide experience in the field of finance, auditing, risk management and investment. He is, in addition to the aforementioned, a Board member and Committee member in several companies.
Board Approval May not be Deemed Final, this Appointment Shall Be Put before the First General Assembly Meeting for Approval
