Extra announces appointment of a new member of the BOD

The Board of Directors of the United Electronics Company (eXtra) decided on Sunday, January 29, 2023, to approve the appointment of Mr. Abdullatif Ali Abdullatif Al-Fozan, as a member to fill the vacant seat in the Board of Directors (non-executive member) of the United Electronics Company (eXtra), as of Sunday, January 29, 2023 until The end of the current session of the Board of Directors, which will end on May 12, 2024.
With reference to the decision of the Board of Directors of the United Electronics Company (eXtra) issued on December 20, 2022 regarding the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Khaled Malik Al Ghaleb Al-Sharif from the membership of the Board of Directors of the company.
It is worth noting that Mr. Abdul Latif Ali Abdul Latif AlFozan holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. Mr. Abdul Latif worked as a director in corporate banking at Banque Saudi Fransi, a consultant for mergers and acquisitions in Ernst and Young, and a director of business development and director of corporate investment in AlFozan Holding Company, he is the founder and managing director of Asnad Health Solutions Company, and he currently hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Al Fozan Holding Company.
Mr. Abdul Latif also hold the position of a member of the Board of Directors, membership of committees and the Board of Directors of a number of Saudi companies.
