‎“AlKhabeer Reit” distributes SR13.2 mln cash dividends to ‎unitholders for H2‎

Alkhabeer Financial Company announced the distribution of 13.2 million riyals in cash dividends to the unit holders of the Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded REIT Fund for the period from July 01, 2022 AD to December 31, 2022 AD, equivalent to 2.82% of the net asset value.

It added that the number of existing units on the basis of which cash distributions will take place is 47.2 million units, at 0.28 riyals per unit, provided that the eligibility for cash distributions is for unit-holders, according to the unit-holders register at the end of 12-02-2023, and the distributions will be paid within 10 working days from the date of eligibility for distribution

The Fund manager would like to remind the unit holders to update their data with the financial market institutions with which their accounts are held, to ensure that their accrued profits are directly deposited in their accounts.
