SASCO BOD decides to distribute SR30 mln cash dividends for Q3

The Board of Directors of Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) on 18 December 2022 has decided to distribute a cash dividend to shareholders for the third quarter of 2022.

It explained that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 60,000,000 shares.

It added that the eligibility for the shareholders who own the shares on the date of entitlement (Sunday, December 25, 2022) and who are registered in the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

It also added that SASCO reminds the shareholders to update their investment portfolios account information to ensure the receipt of their dividends.

SASCO also request that shareholders who own shares as per shares certificates deposit such certificates in their investment portfolio to ensure the receipt of their dividends.
