SABB announces E-voting start on GA meeting agenda ‎

Reference to the announcement made by the Saudi British Bank (SABB) on the Saudi Stock Exchange website (Tadawul) on 06 Jumada al-Awwal 1444H corresponding to 30 November 2022G regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Meeting to be held at 06:30 PM on Wednesday 27 Jumada al-Awwal 1444H corresponding to 21 December 2022G by means of modern technology (virtual meeting platform). The bank wish to remind its valued shareholders, who are registered in Tadwulaty, that they can remotely vote on the agenda of the OGM starting from 01:00 AM on Saturday, 23 Jumada al-Awwal 1444H corresponding to 17 December 2022G and will continue till the end of the meeting on 27 Jumada al-Awwal 1444H corresponding to 21 December 2022G.
