Qassim BOD recommends distributing SR54 mln cash dividends for Q3

Qassim Cement Company announced on Tuesday the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute SR54 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2022, representing 6% of the nominal value of the share.
Explaining that the number of shares due for dividends is 90 million shares, at SR0.60 per share, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares on 22.11.2022, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
Distribution will be, through direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders’ portfolios, thus the company remind the shareholders to update their data with banks that have their accounts in to ensure that their future profits are deposited directly.
