Sinad Holding elects 9 members to BOD

Sinad Holding Company announced on Thursday the holding of the General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting).The percentage of attending shareholders is 61.22%.
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1- Approve on election the Board members among the candidates for the next term, commencing from 27-10-2022 for a term of three years, ending on 26-10-2025 and they are the following:

2- Approve on the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the new term, starting from 27-10-2022 until the end of the term on 26-10-2025.The following are the names of the candidates.

(2) Omar abdulla jefri – member (Independent member)
(3) Nasser Sahag Al Shaibani – member (An independent external member)
