Arabia Insurance appoints Al Rajhi Capital as financial advisor to manage subscription of rights issue

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company announced on Tuesday the appointment of Messrs. Al Rajhi Capital Company as a financial advisor to manage the subscription to rights issue instead of Alinma Investment Company.
The company said on Tuesday on Tadawul that Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company has decided not to renew the financial advisory agreement with the former financial advisor. The company will announce any future developments that should be announced once they become available.
This comes with reference to the announcement of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company on 29/10/2020 which includes the appointment of Alinma Investment Company as a financial advisor to manage the subscription to rights issue,
