Advanced GA Elects 9 members to BOD

Advanced Petrochemical Company (Advanced) announced on Thursday the results of the 16th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which was held through modern technology means on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 after fulfilling the required legal quorum for Ordinary General Assembly meeting in accordance with the Companies Law and the Company’s Bylaws.
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1. Approval of the election of the members of the Board of Directors among the board membership nominees for upcoming term, which will be starting from October 1, 2022 for a term of three years and end on September 30, 2025, the elected members are:
