Tabuk Agricultural signs Contract worth SR4.3 mln with Wafrah ‎

“Tabuk Agricultural Development Company” announces that it has signed a contract worth SR 4.3 million with “Wafrah for Industry and Development company” for the purpose of selling Tabuk Agri. co. its product of industrial potatoes to Wafrah Co., knowing that Tabuk Agricultural Development Company is one of the Saudi national companies specialized in the cultivation and production of industrial potatoes.

The two parties agreed that Tabuk Agricultural Development Company would supply Wafrah Company for Industry and Development with quantities of its industrial potato product, with a total of 3600 MT, according to the supply schedule agreed upon in the contract. This contract will be the beginning of dealing in more business between the two companies in the future.

The implementation of the contract starts from the date of signing it by both parties and is valid until 31/01/2023AD.

The positive financial impact on the company’s financial statements is expected to appear from the fourth quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023.
