Etihad Atheeb GA to discuss appointing 3 BOD members

The Board of Directors of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) is pleased to invite the shareholders to participate and vote in the 15th Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the 1st meeting), which is scheduled to be held, at 07:30 pm on Thursday 12/02/1444 AH corresponding to 08/09/2022 AD in Riyadh at the company’s headquarters.

The Meeting Agenda:

To vote on the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint the representative of the Bahrain Telecommunications Company “Batelco” Faisal Muhammad Mazeeh Kamhiyah as a “non-executive” member of the Board of Directors, starting from March 1 to complete the Board’s term until the end of the current term on October 25 to succeed the member Previous Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa “non-executive.”

Each shareholder who is registered in the company’s shareholders ’register at a depository centre, at the end of the trading session preceding the general assembly meeting, has the right to attend the assembly meeting, according to the rules and regulations.

The meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly shall be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least 25% of the capital, and if the quorum required for holding this meeting is not fulfilled, the second meeting shall be held one hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and in all cases, the second meeting shall be valid regardless of the number of shares represented in it.

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty services can vote electronically on the assembly’s items starting at 1:00 PM on Tuesday 10-02-1444 AH corresponding to 06-09-2022 AD until the end of the time of the assembly, and registration and voting in the Tadawulaty services will be available and free for all shareholders using the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa

The right to register attendance for the assembly meeting ends at the time of the assembly meeting, and the right to vote on the assembly’s items for the attendees ends when the counting committee finishes counting the votes.
