Representative of Riyad Bank at Al-Alamiya BOD Resigned

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the resignation of Mr. Abdulaziz Yousef bin Yousef, a non-executive Board member, and the appointment of Mr. Waleed Khalid AL Dhubaib as a non-executive Board member representing Riyad Bank and a member of the Risk Committee, in accordance with SAMA’s no objection email received yesterday.

Mr. Waleed Khalid AL Dhubaib has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry where he worked with Banque Saudi Fransi, Arab National Bank, Al Rajhi Bank and currently at Riyad Bank.

The Company stated the Board approval may not be deemed final, as this appointment shall be put before the first General Assembly meeting for approval.
