Maharah BOD Distributes SR46.8 mln Cash Dividends for H1

Maharah Human Resources Company announced on Tuesday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute of cash dividends for the first half of the fiscal year 2022.
The company stated that the number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to SR37.5 million shares, at SR1.25 per share.
Eligibility for the profits will be for the shareholders who own the shares on the due date, which is Sunday 04 September 2022, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register at the Securities Depository Centre Company at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
It concluded: “The Company would like to draw shareholders’ attention to update their data and ensure that bank account numbers are linked to investment portfolios to ensure that their profits reach without delay”.
