Baazeem Announces Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting Postponed Due to Lack of Quorum

Baazeem Trading Company announced on Wednesday that its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting and Second Meeting) was not held due to lack of quorum. The first meeting had an attendance of 23.83%, and the second meeting had an attendance of 23.86%.

The company will invite the third Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting after setting its date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities. The third meeting will be held with the shareholders who attend.
