Stc Group Wins 2021 Effie Middle East Gold Award

The Saudi Telecom Company, stc, won a number of awards, at the “Effie Awards 2021 Middle East and North Africa” ceremony.

It has managed to provide answers to the questions of individuals and users about the 5G network.

It won so many gold awards, such as for the “best use of data”, interactive application, “sustainable success”, and stc’s joi won the bronze award for the “Fair Telco” category.

Interactive answers to customers’ questions about the 5G network, have been secured by the group, through information and extracting data about individuals’ inquiries, analyzing and answering, in simple ways, and creating a video clip that addresses most of the answers.
