SAGO Pay 13th Instalment Dues to Local Wheat Growers

Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) has started paying the dues of the thirteenth batch of local wheat farmers, including the fifth batch of beneficiaries of the contractual relationship between farmers and agricultural companies, who supplied quantities’ allocated to them for this season, and closed accounts via the electronic platform “My Harvest” on the official website of the Corporation.

The total amount that was deposited into the farmers’ bank accounts for this payment amounted to SR24,568,656 for a net 17,499 tons received from 61 farmers, including 18 farmers and companies with contractual relations.

The total amount of a sum totaling SR680,184,980 was deposited since the beginning of the season, for a number of as many as 1,884 farmers, who provided as much as 514,241 tons.

It is noteworthy that SAGO has begun receiving local wheat from farmers for the current season, starting from Sha’ban 22, 1442 AH, and the total quantity received from farmers to date has reached 569,485 tons from 2,066 farmers.

On the other hand, SAGO urges farmers to close their accounts upon completion of the delivery of the quantities allocated to them, in order that the next payments could be deposited, according to the supplied quantities, after completing the audit procedures.
