National Water Obtains ISO 22301: 2019 Certificate

The National Water Company obtained the ISO certificate (ISO 22301: 2019) from Lloyd’s Register, in the field of business continuity, stressing that obtaining this certificate comes after achieving the necessary criteria to obtain it, noting that the most important of them are: Identifying risks to ensure business continuity. establishing appropriate controls to manage them.

In addition to adopting a preventive approach to reduce the impact of accidents to the lowest level, ensure the continuity of basic business during times of crisis, and reduce downtime to the lowest level when exposed to any accident and protecting individuals and reputation.

“We have implemented the ISO standards ( 22301: 2019), in addition to establishing a proactive approach to confront accidents that may cause interruption of operations, which will have a significant impact on increasing the confidence of dealers with the company at the local and global levels,” it explained that the ISO 22301 standard is the main framework for building organizational resilience issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO.
